1. Service Cancellation

  • Customers may request a cancellation of services by contacting our support team at info@novogenixtech.in.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase or before the project/service commencement, whichever comes first.

  • Once a service has started, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed except under special circumstances (as determined by Novogenix Tech management).


2. Product / Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased a digital product or subscription:

  • Cancellations are allowed before download or activation of the service.

  • Once access credentials or downloads are issued, no cancellations will be accepted.

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; however, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Future renewals will not be charged once canceled.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.

  • Service not delivered as per the agreed scope due to an error or fault on our end.

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery (after verification).

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Customer’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials.

  • Delays caused by the customer.

  • Downloaded or accessed digital products.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
